Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (£29.99)

All orders placed on Pucci Pups are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same working day. Please note, our dispatch times are Monday to Friday; we do not dispatch on weekends.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to track your order right up until it is delivered to you.

If you are based in the UK, please allow 7 days to receive your order before you contact us. If you are international, please allow 14 days to receive your order before you contact us. More often than not, your order will arrive ahead of this time.

We cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect. It is the responsibility of the customer to give a complete and accurate address to ensure correct delivery of the parcel is made.

International buyers may receive a customs charge. We are not responsible for this charge and it must be paid for. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in the item(s) being returned to us.
